Isogon’s regulatory status may change over time. As of the date of this notice, Isogon Ventures Management, LLC expects to rely on the venture capital adviser exemption from registration as an investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.

International Use
The Site is controlled from the United States and may also be supported by personnel or service providers located in other countries, including Spain and other jurisdictions. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
If it is illegal or prohibited for you to access or use the Site in the jurisdiction where you are located, you should not do so. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Governing Law and Forum
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms of Use will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Online Fraud and Impersonation Warning
Fraudsters may attempt to misuse Isogon’s name, brand, domain, personnel names, or similar-looking email addresses, websites, social media accounts, messaging accounts, or investment materials. Isogon does not solicit retail investors through social media, messaging apps, cold calls, or unsolicited consumer investment platforms, and Isogon personnel will not ask individuals to send money, personal banking credentials, wallet keys, or similar sensitive information through informal channels.
